Relay’s story

I’m Ryan, and I run Relay Operations.

I started Relay after working closely with a fee-only advisory firm on simplifying their client strategy and operations. I saw how often important work—client communications, CRM data integrity, and business development, was left untouched, even though it directly shaped how much the firm could grow.

Once I took that on, the founder found much more time to focus on clients, had clearer visibility across the business, and much less work slipped through the cracks.

My experience spans startups in sales and account management, and I spent several years developing trading strategies in the financial markets. I’ve always been drawn to work that requires precision and process.

Outside of work, I spend my time running, traveling, and at home with my wife and our two very energetic cats.
