Monthly Retainer

This reserves dedicated capacity each month so recurring back-office work is consistently completed as it comes up.

Best for: CRM cleanup and maintenance, client and financial data entry, tax return data entry, client documentation, and other recurring operational support.

5 hours: $325/month

10 hours: $650/month

20 hours: $1,300/month

Flat-Fee Content

Some content services are priced per deliverable so the scope and cost are clear upfront.

These are a good fit if you want occasional content support without committing to a monthly retainer.

Retainer clients can also use monthly capacity for newsletters or blog posts.

Client Newsletter: $150/newsletter

Blog post: $175/post

Project Work

Some work is better scoped as a one-time project rather than monthly support.

Examples could include website copy updates, larger CRM cleanup projects, market research, and other specialized operational initiatives.
